Due to our photo magnets being custom and made just for you, we've outlined our return and refund policy below;
Custom and Personalised Items
All of our photo magnets are created using the images and details you provide. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed. This includes;
- Uploading the wrong photo
- Change of mind
- Deciding you no longer want the item
Please make sure you triple check that you are uploading the correct photo. If you do upload the incorrect photo, email us immediately so that we can try and rectify the situation before your order is made.
Damanged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to help!
Please contact us within 7 days of recieving your order and include;
- Order Number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed by our team, we will offer;
- A replacement item, or
- A refund, where appropriate
Incorrect Orders
If we've made a mistake with your order, we will fix it at no extra cost to you.
